Raw materials
Our precious metals are sourced exclusively from one of Germany’s leading, certified refineries, located in Pforzheim – a city long renowned as a center of fine jewelry and watchmaking excellence.
We work solely with precious metals already in the resource cycle. Newly mined gold is never used in our creations. This ensures:
- no interference with fragile ecosystems
- no contamination of soil and water through chemicals
- no inhumane working conditions in mining
From the very beginning, it has been our ethos to act responsibly towards both nature and society. For us, sustainability is not a trend but a lived principle.
All of our pieces are crafted from recycled gold, manufactured exclusively in Germany – with short distances in sourcing, production, and transport. In this way, we unite exceptional craftsmanship with respect for the world’s resources.
Our raw materials, as well as the completed creations, are stored exclusively in secured vaults in Pforzheim.
Our AURELT Editions are the result of a masterful symbiosis of design and craftsmanship.
In our atelier in Lauterbach (Hesse), the exclusive designs are created before being brought to life in our Pforzheim manufactories through elaborate handcraft by specialized goldsmiths. Each master of the craft contributes expertise and precision to the creation of these unique works of art.
Here, the pieces are cast, shaped, polished, matte-finished, and hallmarked to the highest standard. Diamonds are also processed in the manufactory and individually set by hand using a special technique – precise, secure, and enduring.
The acrylic glass game boards are produced in Laubach, Hesse, by Germany’s leading manufacturer of this material. The lines are milled and the edges carefully polished. Our premium cases are made in Germany by the market leader in its segment and, like the presentation boxes, are delivered with a certificate. The black and white cases are sourced from a renowned manufacturer within the international jewelry and watch industry, while the oakwood cases are crafted by hand in a Bavarian manufactory.
Our entire production chain – from the responsible sourcing of raw materials, to the processing of precious metals, through to the final creation – takes place exclusively in Germany.
With every AURELT Edition, we guarantee origin, quality, and the highest level of craftsmanship – Made in Germany.
